A couple of schoolgirls, played by Pamela Anderson and Jenny McCarthy, realise there's something sinister about the video they've been watching and then farmer Charlie Sheen discovers something mysterious is making patterns in his cornfield - yes this is the third Scary Movie movie, and though the director is different - David Zucker replacing Keenan Ivory Wayans - the mixture is exactly the same - take some recent hit films and do a kind of cinematic Mad Magazine job on them. Like all these comedies, this one's a hit and miss affair - for every joke that is more or less funny, there are several that aren't funny at all. If you haven't seen the films that are being sent up - The Ring, Signs, 8 Mile and quite a few others - this film wasn't made for you.
