Asher Keddie has won the Silver Logies for most popular actress and most outstanding actress for her role in Offspring.
Offspring star Asher Keddie has dedicated her second Silver Logie of the night to the late Wendy Hughes.
Keddie gave the Network Ten drama a timely publicity boost on Sunday after bagging the Silver Logies for most popular and most outstanding actress.
Accepting the second award she praised her co-nominees including her Offspring co-star Kat Stewart.
"I feel so honoured to a part of this group of women," she said.
"I watch you all, I love you all, you inspire me."
She said she wanted to dedicate the award to her "beautiful, incredibly talented and inspiring friend and colleague Wendy Hughes".
"I'd like to dedicate this to her because she is a woman and an actress that I have admired since I was a little girl."
The fifth series of Offspring starts on May 14, with Keddie's character Nina Proudman now a single mother after the shock death of Patrick Reid last season.
She has now won five Logies in two years.
Keddie spoke like a real team player as she said the best thing about winning her swag of Logies, including the Gold in 2013, was the boost it gave to the cast and crew going into series five.
She chose a black J'Aton Couture gown with plunging v-neckline and leather panels for television's night of nights on Sunday at the Crown complex.
Keddie is also nominated for the top gong this year.
"I feel even more overwhelmed tonight than I did last year," she said.
Keddie's success has also put some gloss on an otherwise bleak start to the year for Network Ten that has struggled in the ratings and recently posted an $8 million half-yearly loss.
