Peggy works as a journalist and presenter working across radio and digital.
Along with producing daily national and international news, Peggy also regularly produces stories about various social affairs issues.
In 2013 Peggy picked up a Luminous Award for a story about an innovative cancer prevention program and has won two Older People Speak Out awards for her work in 2010 and 2018.
In 2015 Peggy produced a ten part cross-platform series profiling ten migrant communities in Australia as part of SBS Radio's 40th anniversary. The series made the finals shortlist for the NSW Premier's Multicultural Media Awards 2016.
Peggy's career has seen her cover the migrant crisis in Greece from the start, producing two award winning radio documentaries on the issue - one picking up a Silver Medal at the New York Radio Festivals.
In 2012 Peggy was a finalist in the radio current affairs category of the 2012 Kennedy Awards for Excellence in Journalism NSW.
For 10 years Peggy presented English language news program SBS World News Radio and also does regular voice overs for SBS TV news and radio.
