Belgian company introduces 'unlimited' holidays

Employees of a Belgian multinational firm will be able to take "unlimited" paid holidays at a maximum duration of two weeks each, the company chief said, as part of a plan to boost productivity. The new holiday scheme will be available to workers at Jonckers' Belgian headquarters in the university city of Louvain-la-Neuve and follows its implementation at the company's offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
