Burials surge as COVID-19 cases spike in Indonesian capital

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, gravedigger Junaedi Bin Hakim usually arrived home from work at 3 or 4 pm in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta. However, a spike in deaths from coronavirus infections they have to prepare up to 40 burial pits in one day compared to just 10 before the coronavirus pandemic.
