Contrite Slipper sorry for poor decisions

Wallabies prop James Slipper says he's feeling happier than in a long time but couldn't be more sorry or embarrassed after serving a drug suspension.

Remorseful Wallabies prop James Slipper says he couldn't be more sorry or embarrassed after serving a two-month ban after twice testing positive for cocaine.

The 86-Test prop returns to rugby on Friday when he plays for an Australian Super Selection team against the Wallabies in a trial match in Sydney.

"I've obviously gone through a bit of a rough patch and made some poor decisions and I probably wasn't coping with certain aspects of my life that I was going through at the time,' Slipper said.
