A former Swedish neo-Nazi is in Australia as part of a campaign to tackle recruitment by white supremacist groups in Australia.
Robert Orell spent five years involved in a violent Swedish white power group as a teenager in the 1990s.
He threw himself into the neo-Nazi scene in Sweden, attending rallies and meetings across the country.
The 33 year old participated in spreading racial ideologies and carrying out xenophobic, racist and anti-semitic confrontations, riots and arrests.
After spending time in the military, he left the movement and now works helping others to leave extremist groups.
Mr Orell is in Australia as part of a campaign by anti-racism charity All Together Now to tackle recruitment by white supremacist groups in Australia.
He spoke to Santilla Chingaipe about his experiences.
