The Duke and Duchess of York have announced their daughter, Princess Eugenie, is engaged.
The Duke and Duchess of York have announced their daughter, Princess Eugenie, is engaged to entertainment manager Jack Brooksbank.
The news was confirmed by a statement tweeted out by the Royal Family's official Twitter page.
"The Duke and Duchess of York are delighted to announce the engagement of Princess Eugenie to Mr. Jack Brooksbank," the statement read.
"Her Royal Highness and Mr Brooksbank became engaged in Nicaragua earlier this month.
"The wedding will take place in the autumn of 2018 at St George's Chapel in Windsor, with further details to be announced in due course."
Princess Eugenie, 27, met Brooksbank, 31, in 2010 – reportedly while on a Swiss ski trip with friends.

Nicola and George Brooksbank, the parents of Jack, said in a statement: "We could not be more delighted with the news of the engagement.
"We are completely over the moon and are very excited for them both."
Brooksbank is the manager of London nightclub Mahiki.
