Mary-Ellen Mullane, Senior Commissioning Editor: Previously an Investment Development Manager for Screen Australia, Mary Ellen has led commissioning in documentary, drama and digital, both independently and through Screen Australia’s Indigenous Unit, including The Tall Man, Croker Island Exodus and Black Panther Woman.

Cieron Cody, Commissioning Editor: Before joining NITV, Cieron worked at Screen Queensland for five years, holding the positions of manager and acting director of development, and VP of development and production. He has a strong track record in development and production across all genres.

Interested in becoming an external assessor on NITV special initiatives?

If you are an Indigenous Australian screen content producer and you are interested in contributing to our assessment on special initiatives, we would like to hear from you. NITV invites interested independent industry practitioners to register their interest in becoming an external assessor.

We are looking for industry practitioners who have television production budget assessment skills, report writing skills and a willingness to contribute to the work of the NITV team.

External assessors will be engaged on short term contracts and need to be available to attend assessment meetings as required.

Will I be compensated for my time? Yes, you will be paid according to the terms of your contract.
