My Mum!

Angelina Jolie because she does so much humanitarianism work wiht the United Nations

Statement jewllery - especially anything silver

What’s the coolest thing you’ve learnt about your culture?

That my name means "Spring in the Desert"

Which sister has the worst habit and what is it?

Aleisha has a bad habit of stealing things that don't belong to her

What can’t you live without?

My laptop for several purposes, I need to talk to my family, friends and use it to finish my degree

If you could date anyone who would it be and why?

I don't aspire to date people I barely know, so it would just have to be someone nice, friendly, kind, caring and compassionate

What’s your most loved dream-time story?

A Noongar dreamtime story called The Spirit woman.

A lady collects all the children from the bad spirits, who are trying to eat the kids, so she picks them up and puts them in her hair which becomes the milky-way.

I love this story because there's so many geographical elements I can personally connect to. For example there's a sand bank in Perth which is a strand of her hair and it's called Point Walter, a place I visited when I was younger 

Share the best advice passed on from a family member

I'm lucky because my whole family gives me advice. In particular I take note of what my sister Angela says about studying:

"Always do your best and make sure you're prepared."

And my mum says:

"You only get as good as what you settle for"
