Mother

When a mentally disabled boy is arrested for the murder of a young girl in rural South Korea, the case is quickly closed thanks to an inefficient lawyer and an apathetic police force. It's left to the boy's widowed mother to find the girl's killer and to prove her son's innocence. Winner of three Asian Film Awards in 2010, including Best Film. Directed by Joon-ho Bong.
