WAIT… Who are Simon & Martina?
They started making lame videos about their lives in Korea just for fun, but now they do it full time. Like, all the time.
In the process they have developed an intense following of fans from around the world: most likely due to their frankness about Korean and Japanese culture, and because of how interesting (and often hilarious) the differences are between Korean and Western culture.
As English teachers, originally from Canada, Simon and Martina are able to provide a fascinating gateway (covered in stars and rainbows with unicorns galloping through it) into what life is really like in Korea; covering everything from dating and student life to gender stereotypes and what’s really going on behind that big ol’ k-pop marketing machine. They will CRACK you up in the process. Check out Simon & Martina's Eat your Kimchi website for more info.
