Over the years, Asian Dramas have given fans some of the greatest Bromances and sometimes they're so good that it even outshines our favourite OTPs.
School 2013: Heung-Soo & Nam-Soon
I knew I was in for some great bromance when they introduced Heung-Soo as the new transfer student and Nam-Soon glanced at him with all the pain in the world. A broken dream that ruined a great friendship, the road back to bromance-ville was difficult with a reunion worth the frustration and yes even the tears. I sleep better at night knowing this friendship actually exists in real life – long live the bromance of Jongsuk and Woobin.
Gokusen 2: Ryu & Hayato
Ryu and Hayato have to be the coolest bromancers with the greatest hair of them all. We all know life is better when you have a friend to kick it with – literally. Nothing says "you're my bro for life" like getting yourself into a two VS twenty fight. Grudges have this friendship off to a shaky start but soon enough bromance is in the air.
Reply 1997: Yoon-Je & Joon-hee
I was so invested in this show that when it finished I fell into a deep hole of 'drama depression' partially because I wouldn't be seeing BFFs Yoon-Je and Joon-hee anymore. Nothing can tear these friends apart, not even unrequited love. Despite the hardships this friendship never changed which made this bitter sweet bromance one of the greatest ones in Asian Drama.
A Gentleman's Dignity: F44
Dubbed as the bachelor flower men of 40, watching these guys help each other find love had me in stitches. A comradeship that spans decades and a whole lot of trials and tribulations, this friendship is on the ultimate bromance Level of 99.
You're beautiful: A.N.Jell
The fanfic scene. Do I even need to explain this one?
