It's happened. PSY's new MV featuring Snoop is out. In fact, the MV surpassed 10 million views in less than 24 hours which would make one think he has another hit on his hands. But how have the rest of the world reacted?

USTime Magazine - “It’s delightful” and “is absolutely worth five minutes of your time”. Time Magazine also dubbed PSY’s new video as "art".

UKDaily Mail - “The track's uptempo hip-hop beat and frantic saxophone samples make Hangover just as obnoxiously catchy as Psy's massive 2012 hit Gangnam Style.”

MalaysiaThe Star – "The pairing of the K-pop star and rap legend is simply brilliant as both are game for anything ... at least it seems so based on the video."

CanadaET Canada - “a new video that is a ridiculous, hilarious, awesome and unbelievably catchy — all at the same time.”

SingaporeAsiaOne – “Psy's latest music video places a huge spotlight on the Korean drinking and nightlife culture.”

AustraliaSMH – “While the viral video has been dubbed "art" by Time magazine, many fans have been far less generous in their summations on social media.”

South KoreaSeolbeats – “Most wonderfully, it sounds nothing like his viral mega-hit, allowing Psy to end the fears that he’s spend the rest of his career remaking “Gangnam Style.”
