Thai EXO cover group Millenium Boy (nicknamed 'EXO-T') are now under the watchful eye of SM Entertainment after coming a little too close to plagiarising the Korean/Chinese super group we all know and love.

SM Entertainment have warned of impending legal action after the Thai cover group began to allegedly profit from using EXO’s material.

An SM agency rep stated, "It is illegal to use the name, choreography, logo, and such that are the intellectual property of SM Entertainment without permission... We did not take any legal action in the past towards contents of non-commercial use with the advancement of the internet and media. However, we will take action against the activities that are used for commercial (profit) purposes... Millenium Boy have explained to us that their promotions are not for commercial purposes, and they also promised not to use EXO's contents from now on. So for now, we have just wrapped this up as a simple happening."

One can understand why SM are close to taking legal action as Millenium Boy's cover performances are on point! Check out their version of EXO's "Wolf".

Millenium Boy already have 126K followers on facebook. Do you think they should get their own material?
