THIS JUST IN –

Osen.com is reporting that EXO member Luhan has filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to nullify his contract in Seoul Central District Court. The lawsuit is said to be similar to former EXO member Kris Wu’s earlier in the year, and Lu Han is said to also be represented by Kris’ same law firm, ‘Hankyul.’

Luhan has been absent from the boyband’s recent Bangkok concert, as well as the SMTOWN concert in Tokyo, but earlier reports suggested that this was due to health reasons.

Boyband Super Junior’s leader Leeteuk may have revealed that another SMTOWN exit was imminent during an October 8 appearance on the talk show ‘Radio Star.’ When show host Kim Gura brought up former Girls’ Generation member Jessica Jung’s recent departure, Leeteuk replied “Do you think that would be it?”

Stay tuned for more of this story.

This news comes after SM confirmed Jessica would be leaving Girls Generation and earlier this year Kris from EXO also left the group
