Teen Top's management company TOP Media have allegedly filed a law suit against 4 netizens who were responsible for spreading rumours claiming that the group were manipulating the charts (known as sajaegi in South Korea).

After a police rep revealed to media outlet Osen that a lawsuit had been filed last month on October, Teen Top's agency TOP Media confirmed the news with Star News.

"We filed a lawsuit against 4 individuals who spread false rumors about album sajaegi when 'TEEN TOP 20'S LOVE ONE EXITO' released in September for defamation of character... The police found the people and investigated. Among them, there are those in their teens and twenties... Afterwards, we held a personal meeting with these individuals and most of them said they were reflecting on their actions and pleaded for mercy... We are currently deciding on whether to show leniency."

Teen Top topped the music charts and won the top gong on Music Bank with "Missing" back in September.
