BTS' show in New York tonight ended abruptly due to an alleged gun threat aimed at Rap Monster.
The band left the stage without speaking or saying goodbye to fans and did not perform their new and highly anticipated song "Dope" or "Heungtan Boys".
VIP ticket holders were also disappointed as the boys' post-concert hi-touch event and photo opportunity was also cancelled.
The concert staff explained they were forced to make the decision to protect the members and ensure safety of all the fans in attendance. You can hear the announcement in this fan-cam video.
Although not officially confirmed, it has been suggested that a violent threat was made against Rap Monster.
This is the tweet thought to have caused the cancellation...
After being contacted by event staff, the twitter user claimed she had been hacked and has since deleted her account and tweets.
