In some unfortunate news for J-pop group SCANDAL, the band's guitarist Mami has been hospitalised due to poor health.

Mami's health began deteriorating after SCANDAL's May 14 concert in Tokyo, and after consulting with doctors, the band's officials have decided to postpone the scheduled May 19 and 20 concerts to allow Mami time to recover. SCANDAL's June 9 concert is still scheduled to go ahead.

Fans don't need to be too worried though, as Mami wrote a blog post to thank everyone for their support and to reassure fans that she's recovering well.
