Super Junior member has allegedly been involved in a drink driving accident.

News1 reported that in the early hours of May 24th, Super Junior’s Kangin hit a street light in Gangnam with his car. He allegedly fled the scene after hitting the light around 2 a.m. Witnesses have aided the investigation while Kangin allegedly claims he has no recollection of this accident. Around 10:50 a.m., Kangin found his car was damaged and reported himself to the police through his manager.

At the station, Kangin reportedly told the police, “I didn’t know it was a street lamp, I thought it was a curb.”

During the investigation, News1 said that the police also found Kangin’s alcohol level was at a level enough to suspend his driver’s license. Following the report, "Kiss the Radio" has removed Kangin from their lineup (Kangin was supposed to fill in for Leeteuk from the 24th to the 26th of May).
