After days of speculation, Cube Entertainment has confirmed that the 4 girls of 4Minute -- excluding HyunA-- have left the agency. The contract with Nam Jihyun, Heo Gayoon, Jeon Jiyoon and Kwon Sohyun came to an end on the 14th and the agency said that the girls have left the agency.

"We've talked about this for a while with the girls and decided not to renew the contract. We respect the girls' decisions and wish them all the best," said the agency.

After 7 years together, 4Minute is disbanding this month. According to Yonhap, the contract between the group and the agency expires this month and 4 other members look as if they’ll leave the agency altogether.

Only HyunA has re-signed with Cube while the other members look as if they’ll go elsewhere. Currently they are in talks with the agency.

The girls debuted with “Hot Issue” back in 2009 and have a slew of hits under their belts. In February they promoted their last mini album “Act.7” and title track “Hate.”
