Get out the candles because Nana Mizuki will be performing on the legendary "MTV Unplugged" program!

The J-pop star is scheduled to hold an acoustic concert on October 23 at the Chiba Maihama Amphitheater for the famous program, though an air date for Nana's unplugged performance has yet to be finalised.

Nana will also be releasing her 34th single "STARTING NOW!" on July 13, and fans who purchase the first press edition of the single will receive a lottery ticket that can be entered into the draw for audience tickets to Nana's "MTV Unplugged" performance!

Not only will Nana soon add her name to a list of legendary musicians that include Nirvana, Eric Clapton, and Annie Lennox, she will also join other musicians like Utada Hikaru, Ken Hirai, and Nagase Tomoya as being one of the few Japanese artists to have ever participated on the long-running program!
