After spending two years studying music in the US, Angela Aki will make her comeback with a musical collaboration with Disney!

The Japanese musician will produce a number of songs for the upcoming Disney musical "Out of Shadowland", which is scheduled to open on July 9 at the Tokyo Disney Resort. This musical collaboration will be the first instance of new music from Angela since 2014, something that she seems to be excited about:

"It has been a miracle to have been able to work on this project. As I continue my work on musicals, working on Out of Shadowland has given me invaluable experience I will keep for the rest of my life. I hope guests watch this new show with open hearts so that they may experience it to the very fibers of their existence."

To Western fans, Angela is perhaps best known for her song "Kiss Me Good-Bye", which was used as the theme song for the critically-acclaimed video game "Final Fantasy XII".
