It looks as if the conflict between Luhan & Kris against SM Entertainment has come to an end, 2 years since the boys left EXO. Through a press release on the 21st of July, SM Entertainment said that the court has ruled that the the contract between the agency and  the former EXO members would be effective in 2022, as originally planned.

The boys also issued short statements of their own on Weibo. Luhan’s agency said that the two sides have “reached an agreement” and that Luhan would continue to be active in China.

Kris’ side also said the same thing, adding that when he’s not in Korea or Japan, that he would be able to sign with a third-party agency.

The financial arrangement are not known, but it's presumed that the boys will be in a revenue share situation with their former agency.
