BTS' new album "WINGS" and their hit title track "Blood, Sweat, & Tears" has been out for a number of weeks now, but it appears the group have still got quite a bit of momentum on the Billboard charts!
For the week of November 5, Billboard revealed that "WINGS" has managed to maintain its No.1 spot the World Albums Chart, managing to hold off new albums from Damian McGinty, Jay Park, and DaVido.
It's not just "WINGS" that is maintaining its position on the Billboard charts. For the week of November 5 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales Chart, "Blood, Sweat, & Tears" was knocked off the top by Israel Kamakawuwo'Ole's popular cover of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", but it still managed to hold onto the No.2 spot. Notably, BTS' "21st Century Girls" saw a massive jump this week, managing to climb from 12 to No. 3.
And finally, BTS' highly-successful comeback has meant that the boys have maintained their position at the top of Billboard's Social 50 Chart - which measures the most talked about artists on social media - for the week of November 5, with other famous pop artists such as Ariana Grande, Nikki Minaj, and Rhianna not too far behind.
A huge congrats to BTS for their continued run of success!
