Just recently, AOA's Jimin posted up a video of her performing a cover of Nelly's "Get Like Me" ft. Nicki MinajPharrell Williams, however, controversy quickly brewed when fans heard her say the N-word.

Jimin was heard singing the lyric "My n**ga spend money like the coke price free", which offended some fans.

As controversy grew over her usage of the word, a concerned fan sent a direct message to Jimin, asking her to take down the video and explaining that she "should not say the N-word" as it is a "bad and sad word for black people". Jimin quickly wrote back an apology, saying that she did not know, to which the fan replied "please be careful what you say. I love you".

Jimin has since posted up an apology on her Instagram, but debates have continued over her usage of the N-word, with many fans joining in on the argument.
