A round up of this week's biggest K-Pop News...

New co-ed group K.A.R.D gaining success

K.A.R.D are gaining much attention with “Oh NaNa” and their dance choreography video.

The recently debuted co-ed team for DSP Entertainment have been experiencing much success both domestically and internationally.

The group of two men and two women, debuted on December 13 with an upbeat dance track called “Oh NaNa.” The song has a moombahton-esque beat and is paired with fellow label mate HEO YOUNG JI (KARA).

Members BM and J.SEPH are the two males and JEON SOMIN and JEON JIWOO the two females. Each member brings a different aspect and talent to the group.

With much hype around the music video not much of the choreography was seen, however to satisfy us all, the group released their choreography video!

New hit drama Hwarang

Hwarang is new to KBS and is steadily marking itself the next hit drama.

It's only two episodes in and already this hit drama is making waves on TV. The first episode aired Monday 19 and the second episode has already seen increased ratings.

The historical drama stars lead actress Go Ara, lead actor Park Seo-joon and ZE:A member Park Hyung Sik, SHINee member Minho, Do Ji Han and Jo Yoon Woo, as well as BTS member V and RUNNING MAN member, and actor, Lee Kwang-soo who makes an impressive cameo in the first two episodes.

Make sure you catch the drama aired live at 10pm (KST) Mondays and Tuesdays. 

AOA's comeback

AOA are releasing teasers for their comeback.

The girl group have started preparations for their long awaited comeback. FNC Entertainment revealed the promotion plan for the group’s first studio album “Angel’s Knock," with a countdown list to their comebacks. It looks like their music video will be revealed on January 2.

I.O.I's Kim Chung-ha's solo debut

I.O.I’s Kim Chung-ha will be making her solo debut in 2017.

Kim Chung-ha will begin her solo activities once I.O.I disbands after their concert in January. Reports say the singer plans to make her debut within the first half of 2017.
