Black Pink's Jisoo and Rosé made a highly-anticipated appearance on the popular variety show "Radio Star" just recently, and while they entertained the hosts with a great cover of Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself", the girls also had a number of interesting anecdotes, including the strict restrictions placed on artists and trainees signed under YG Entertainment.

During their January 11 appearance on the show, the MCs brought up the topic of restrictions for YG artists by asking whether it was true that drinking, smoking, clubbing, driving, plastic surgery, and dating were all banned.

In a surprising response, Jisoo and Rosé confirmed that those restrictions are indeed true, to which the MCs lightheartedly commented "if it's that extreme, isn't that basically living a monastic life?"

While she wasn't allowed to get a driver's license, Rosé explained that exceptions can be made if it was brought up in discussions with the company.

Interestingly, Jisoo then revealed that male and female YG trainees are actually kept separate from each other, to the point where "even eating times are different" and that managers will cover up male trainees so that the female trainees can't see them.

Having said that, the girls then revealed that this restriction only applies during the trainee stage and everything is okay once trainees have debuted.

What are your thoughts on the restrictions placed on YG trainees?
