In the latest episode of his radio show, Prince Mak talks about a variety of things that range from cooking fried chicken (poorly) to his various plans for 2017. But among the many topics discussed, one of the most enlightening things he talked about this week was his life as a trainee and what was involved.
After being asked how hard it was convincing his parents about becoming an idol, Prince Mak revealed that it wasn't too hard as his parents only found out shortly before he was about to debut, so he was already too invested to back out at that point. Having said that, his parents do occasionally tell him to come back to Australia and live an "ordinary" life!
As for the life of a trainee, Prince Mak reveals that it was a "psychologically and physically tiring" experience before warning those with dreams of being an idol that it is a very difficult path that's filled with sleepless nights, so much so that the star would even prevent his future child from being a K-pop star.
