As the first month of 2017 slowly draws to a close, it certainly appears that K-pop is going out on a high on the Billboard charts.
For the week of January 28 on the Billboard World Albums Chart, NCT 127's newest mini-album "Limitless" has managed to jump ahead of its competition by debuting at No.1, giving the group their first ever number 1 album on a Billboard chart.
Moving down the chart, BIGBANG continue to impress with their long-awaited third album "MADE", which came in at No.3 this week. BTS are still holding on strong in their 14th week on the chart with "WINGS", managing to come in at No.5.
Coming in at the tail-end of the chart is Black Pink's "Square Two", which is in its eighth week on the chart and us currently at No.7. And last, but certainly not least is the debut solo album of VIXX's Ravi, "R.EAL1ZE", which managed to debut at an impressive No.8.
A huge congrats to NCT 127 and Ravi for their strong debuts, and a special shout out to BTS, BIGBANG, and Black Pink for their continued success on the Billboard charts!
