In some unfortunate news for Wassup fans, NadaJinju, and Da In are filing lawsuits against their current agency, Mafia Records.

According to new reports, Nada first filed a lawsuit against Mafia Records over payment issues yesterday and her fellow Wassup members Jinju and Da In have since filed their own lawsuits for similar reasons.

In a statement from Mafia Records, the agency explained that Nada's lawsuit arose because the company's return on investment is not at a level where payments can be issued out. Due to Nada participating in various other activities without the company's consent, Mafia Records will be filing its own lawsuit against the rapper.

In response to Mafia Records' claims, Nada has released her own statement claiming that Mafia Records is "distorting the truth" and that she consulted with her agency about all her activities.

Due to these lawsuits, it remains to be seen whether Wassup's planned March comeback will still happened, though Mafia Records have stated that plans are going ahead as scheduled and the group will return with four members.

As this is an ongoing story, stay tuned for news and announcements.
