There's a wave of live-action manga and anime adaptations currently underway in Japan, and one of the latest to receive this treatment is the popular samurai/sci-fi series "Gintama".

Following the positive reception to the first trailer and the first batch of cast photos last December, the filmmakers have now released three new images of the film's extended cast.

The first photo introduces Japanese model Nanao as the pistol-wielding warrior Matako Kijima, the second photo gives fans a first look at Jiro Sato's take on Henpeita Takechi, and the final photo offers up a look at Hirofumi Arai's role as Nizo Okada.

While we wait for the film to drop on July 14, check out the "Gintama" trailer right here and get excited!
