It isn't easy to walk away from a beloved hit variety show in order to follow your music dreams, but that's exactly what Gary did when he left "Running Man" at the end of last year. Now the rapper has opened up about his decision, and all the doubts that initially came with it.

In a new interview, Gary talked about a variety of topics, such as marriage (he's ready but needs to meet someone first!), and his ideal type of girl (apparently someone innocent during the day and sexy at night!). When the topic of "Running Man" came up, Gary revealed that he initially had doubts about his decision to leave.

After announcing his intended departure, Gary said that he was worried that people would see him in a bad light for wanting to pursue music. However, all those doubts quickly disappeared when he started receiving encouraging responses from fans who said they were waiting for his music. Needless to say, the rapper was quite grateful for all the fan love and stated that he intends to work even harder to make music for his fans.

We miss seeing you on "Running Man", Gary, but we're looking forward to whatever you do next!
