BTS are among the most popular K-pop groups at the moment, but even the boys themselves are shocked at just how popular they really are.
During their appearance on the February 23 episode of the "New Yang Nam Show", BTS were asked by the hosts when they realised they had a huge international fan base. J-Hope revealed that he knew the group was getting a lot of love from overseas audiences when he managed to (accidentally) shock some Japanese fans who were visiting Garosu-gil in Korea, saying that was when he felt BTS' overseas popularity.
For Jin though, he had a more extreme story.
During Jin's time in Indonesia when he was filming "Law of the Jungle," he revealed that fans were so keen on seeing him that they hired boats and ventured all the way into the jungle to watch the filming of the show. When told that this was the first time it has happened in the history of "Law of the Jungle," Jin said that was when he realised just how popular BTS were.
