Following speculation that Black Pink's Rosé was the one behind the "Circus Mask" on the March 26 episode of "King of Mask Singer," everything was revealed when the contestant stepped up on the stage and wowed everyone with her lovely voice!
***** SPOILERS! *****
The Circus Girl hit the stage for her second round, where she impressed everyone with her emotional performance of Jung Seung Hwan's ballad "If It Is You." While the judges were in awe, they all soon had a hunch that she may not be Korean based on her different pronunciation.
This hunch was further reinforced when the talent portion of the round came up, and the Circus Girl cracked everyone up with her brilliant (and spot on) impressions of G-Dragon and Britney Spears.
In the end, the Circus Girl lost out to her competitor by 70 points to 29 and upon removing her mask, it turns out it was indeed Rosé!
The Black Pink member commented that she thought her voice was quite ordinary, but all the judges reassured her that it was unique in the best way possible.
When asked who she wanted to show her performance to today, Rosé replied her mum before tearing up after revealing that she's all the way in Australia. Rosé did manage to regain her composure before sending a sweet video message to her mum, telling her she's doing well.
Don't worry, Rosé, we're sure your mum is proud of you and your performance!
