ROMEO were involved in a car a few hours ago, forcing the group to cancel a scheduled fan meet event.

In a new statement on Twitter from the group's agency, CT Entertainment, ROMEO were on their way to their planned fan meet event when they were involved in a minor collision.

The group were quickly taken to a clinic to receive physical exams, and thankfully, no major injuries were reported. As a precaution, the company stated that ROMEO were then taken to a hospital for a more thorough examination, before apologising for the cancellation of the fan meet event.

Shortly after the statement, CT posted an update on ROMEO's situation and revealed that no injuries were sustained other than some bruising and muscle pain, which is a relief to all ROMEO fans out there, before apologising once again for the unexpected turn of events and promising to do their best to help the ROMEO members recover.

As for the group's planned appearance on the upcoming March 31 episode of "Music Bank," ROMEO will continue as planned, though they will eschew the usual official entrance and press photo obligations.

To reassure fans that they're alright, Minsung posted a new message on Twitter, writing “I’m so sorry to make you wait today… Please go home safely. We’ll see you tomorrow!! I’m really really sorry, and thank you for worrying about us.”

Yunsung also posted up a message on Twitter, writing “Our fans Juliet must have been very surprised like we were… I’m upset about it.. Since we are really okay, you don’t need to worry about us a lot. I apologize again and thank you.”

Glad to hear you're all okay, ROMEO, and be sure to take it easy!
