For those who are unaware, a number of BTS' awesome dances - such as "Dope," "Fire," and "Not Today" - were created by American choreographer Keone Madrid. Since Madrid is based in America, he and BTS have actually never worked face-to-face, and the way it works is the choreographer usually films a video of a new dance before sending it remotely to BTS so they can learn it.
But seeing as how the group are currently in America for their "WINGS" tour, it meant that Madrid finally had the chance to see BTS perform his dances live in person!
Madrid was able to see BTS live in action for the first time when the group performed their sold-out shows in Anaheim last weekend, and the choreographer shared some backstage photos of his big night, as well as the caption "Finally! A few years choreographing for these guys and I haven’t seen them perform it in person. Thanks for having us @BTS_twt!”
In addition to the photos, Madrid also posted up a heartwarming video on his Instagram in which he and BTS finally get to say hello in person after years of working remotely.
We're definitely looking forward to more awesome BTS dances created by Keone Madrid in the future!
