Time to get excited Brisbane K-pop fans because the World Music CafeK-pop Culture event is headed your way!

The event is set to take place at the Queensland Multicultural Centre in Kangaroo Point on May 12. There'll be live performances, dance competitions, pop-up stores, and K-beauty style demos!

And the cherry on top of this sweet cake?

The event will be headlined by K-Pop Star 5 winner, Crystal Yi, who recently stunned critics and audiences in South Korea by winning the 2016 competition series K-pop Star 5 (she's one of the very few contestants in the show's history to score a perfect score from all judges!)

Crystal Yi is making her debut live Australian performance at the event, and will be doing a 10 minute Q&A session with a few lucky fans getting the chance to have their photo taken with her.

In addition to Crystal Yi, local performance group KATU will be onboard to dazzle audiences with their fantastic K-pop covers and original compositions, and leading Brisbane J-pop/K-pop dance group Paradise Crew will also be bringing their amazing dance moves and outfits to the party.

For those interested, tickets are on sale now for $25 ($19.90 for concession card holders) at the official BEMAC Website right here.
