BTS made history yesterday when they won their (and K-pop's) first ever trophy at the Billboard Music Awards, and some of the world's biggest media organisations have taken notice of the boys.
Kicking off with the headline "Bigger than Bieber?" CNN gave a run down of BTS' big win at the event last night, as well as a quick overview of the group's history so far.
With many new fans undoubtedly wanting to know who BTS are, Rolling Stone pumped out an informative feature piece on the boys titled "BBMA Winners BTS: 5 Things You Should Know About the K-Pop Sensations," which gives quite a nice 5-point summary of who BTS are, their music, and why their BBMAs win was so big.
And last but certainly not least was Time Magazine, which covered the best and worst moments of the 2017 BBMAs event. The world-renowned publication listed BTS' big win as one of the ceremony's best highlights, writing that if the boys' win was any indication, "BTS is poised to become one of K-pop's first real stateside crossover successes."
A big, big congrats to BTS for winning at the BBMAs yesterday and for all the love they are receiving!
