Studio Trigger’s Little Witch Academia anime series is getting a video game called Little Witch Academia: The Magic of Time and the Seven Wonders, and is scheduled for release later this year in Japan. Sadly for English-speaking fans, there is currently no news of a Western localisation.

Japanese development studio A+ Games (The Asterisk War, River City Ransom SP) are working on the project, which will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive and will feature an original story. According to Siliconera, the game is said to have dynamic 3D models, and intense CG animations and action sequences.

Little Witch Academia is a colourfully whimsical adventure following three young witches training at a magical academy. It first debuted as short films, Little Witch Academia and The Little Witch Academia: The Enchanted Parade, both of which are available to stream on Netflix.

A 25 episode long TV series debuted on January 9 exclusive to Japan, and Netflix will be releasing the first 13 episodes on June 30.
