The duo won "K-pop Star 6" only a few months ago.

After signing an exclusive contract with YG Entertainment just last month, one half of the "K-pop Star 6" winning duo, Boyfriend, has left the company.

According to a new report, Park Hyun Jin began training at YG two weeks ago but due to differences in music styles, the Boyfriend member decided to leave the agency. YG have since released a response to the news, stating that the company will respect Park Hyun Jin's decision and will show support for his future.

As for the other half of Boyfriend, Kim Jong Seob, her will remain at YG as a trainee.
