UPDATE: The first trial for T.O.P's alleged marijuana use was held earlier today, and the judges have reportedly handed the BIGBANG rapper a 2 year suspension sentence.

According to a new report from Sports Chosun, T.O.P acknowledged all the charges brought against him, having been accused of smoking marijuana 4 times with a female trainee last October. The rapper initially stated that he was not aware that he had smoked marijuana during the subsequent police investigation, but later admitted to 2 out of the 4 instances of smoking marijuana.

It is reported that the prosecution demanded that T.O.P be given 2 years probation, with the possibility of a 10 month prison sentence should the rapper violate the terms of his probation.

Following the recent suspension of his military service, and subsequently being indicted without detention on charges of smoking marijuana, T.O.P is reportedly expected to attend the first trial for his alleged marijuana use

New reports from Korean media outlets state that the BIGBANG rapper is set to attend his first trial date, scheduled for June 29. The trial is reportedly expected to start at 11:30 AM (KST).

Following allegations of drug use stemming back to October last year, police began investigating T.O.P for alleged marijuana use earlier this month.
