Yesterday saw BTS drop a mysterious new logo animation video, prompting speculation what the boys are planning next. As it turns out, the group are changing their name ever so slightly!

After much theorising over what BTS' new video meant, Big Hit Entertainment have released a new statement explaining that BTS will be rebranded as "Beyond The Scene" for the group's English name and it represents a merging between the past and future for BTS, as well as a way of expressing youths who don’t settle for their current reality but instead open the door and go forwards to achieve further growth. As for the group's Korean name, it will still remain as "Bangtan Sonyeondan."

Upon learning about BTS' English name tweak, ARMYs took to various social media platforms to express their thoughts:

What do you think about BTS' (slight) name change?
