Will they be the new Queens of Summer?

Fresh off the release of their first full-length album, Happy Moment, Cosmic Girls (WJSN) are set to return with a brand new single!

The 13-member girl group will release their new single, "KISS ME," on July 14. A teaser photo for the track has already been revealed, which shows the members dressed in denim short-shorts and summery white tops. A water park can be seen behind them, indicating that this is definitely a summer-themed comeback.

With their labelmates SISTAR now disbanded, could Cosmic Girls be the next Queens of Summer?

"KISS ME" will be the first new Cosmic Girls single since "Happy" came out at the beginning of June. "Happy" majorly under-performed on the charts compared to the group's past hits like "Secret" and "I Wish," so they're probably hoping to bounce back with "KISS ME."

It's still unclear if "KISS ME" is part of a Happy Moment repackage, or if it'll be a stand-alone digital single.

Despite failing to land a hit with "Happy," Cosmic Girls have still emerged as one of the more successful rookie groups of the past two years. They're constantly on variety shows and have booked a number of CFs, and members Cheng Xiao and Yeonjung have emerged as breakout stars in their own right.

Hopefully "KISS ME" is a big hit for the girls! Check out their lovely teaser photo below.
