Rising girl group LABOUM reportedly working on their new album, with plans to release it during the Korean summer.

Unfortunately, no other details are available yet, but just the news of a LABOUM comeback is enough to get us excited!

Other K-pop comebacks headed our way this summer include EXO, HyunA, BP RaNia, Cosmic Girls, KARD, Dreamcatcher, CLC, and more.

LABOUM's last release was their Miss This Kiss mini-album in April. While the album was a tremendous success on the charts, it caused some controversy when the title track "Hwi Hwi" beat IU's "Palette" on Music Bank, giving LABOUM their first music program win despite their song peaking at No. 99 on the Gaon top 100.

In an official statement, LABOUM's agency responded to the controversy by saying that sales of LABOUM's newly-released 2nd album "Miss The Kiss" were not manipulated in anyway, before stating that discussions were underway regarding legal action against those who started the sales manipulation rumours.

It'll be interesting to see if the girls can snag their second win for their next comeback!
