In a new interview with Live Nation, G-Dragon opened up about his different approach to this solo comeback compared to his previous ones, saying that he was in a reflective mood ever since he turned 30 and this caused him to work on his latest solo album, "Kwon Ji Yong," as if it were his last.
Reflecting on naming his tour "Moment of Truth The End," the BIGBANG leader says that it is great that he is loved wherever he goes, but he also confessed that he feels more lonely during this solo comeback compared to previous tours as there is more responsibility on himself to deliver as opposed to having his fellow members to help share the load.
When asked the difference between "G-Dragon" and "Kwon Ji Yong," the BIGBANG leader says that "G-DRAGON is a fancy person. People don't expect the upright image of G-DRAGON" whereas "Kwon Ji Yong is an introvert, and has lots of things going on in his head." Fans may not have long to see this side of the superstar though as the BIGBANG leader says that "it might be the first and last show to show [himself] as Kwon, Ji Yong instead of G-Dragon."
We certainly hope "Kwon Ji Yong" isn't G-Dragon's last album, and we're super-excited for when he arrives in Australia!
