Red Velvet made their highly-anticipated comeback last week with the release of their new album "The Red Summer," and the girls have managed to make some history on the Billboard charts!

For the week of July 29, 2017, "The Red Flavour" has managed to debut at No.1 on the Billboard World Albums Chart, giving Red Velvet their 3rd chart-topping entry on the chart. Not only is this an impressive debut, Red Velvet have now made history as the 1st K-pop girl group to have 3 No.1 albums on the World Albums Chart, surpassing some big name acts (and their label mates) such as Girls' Generation and f(x).

As for some of the other notable performers on the World Albums Chart this week, Block B's Zico had a strong debut with his new solo album "Television," which came in at No.3, while G-Dragon continues to hold strong at No.4 with his latest solo album "Kwon Ji Yong." BTS continue their strong run with "You Never Walk Alone," coming in at No.12, while Black Pink round off the top 15 with their single album "Square Two."

A huge, huge congrats to Red Velvet for making some Billboard history! To celebrate, let's re-watch their super-colourful "Red Flavour" MV (and get a headstart on a new milestone):
