The Deadlift Lolita legend is headed to the Madman Anime Festival!

Pro-wrestler and J-pop star Ladybeard is heading back Down Under!

The Tokyo-based Australian will appear at the Madman Anime Festival in Melbourne, which is on THIS WEEKEND (November 4 and 5). Tickets are currently available online through Anime Festival.

Join Ladybeard and Andy Trieu on stage this Saturday and Sunday to play the the SBS PopAsia Ultimate Anime Quiz.

Not only could you prove to be The Anime Festival’s Biggest Anime Fan, but you could score AnimeLab premium access, and heaps of anime DVDs. Register at the SBS PopAsia booth at the Madman Anime Festival on both days.

And, back to Ladybeard...

The 34-year-old got his start in pro-wrestling and stunt work, before launching a music career in the kawaii-metal band Ladybaby.

He later left the group, but formed a new band called Deadlift Lolita with bodybuilding idol Reika Saiki.
