PRISTIN recently returned with their new single "We Like," and it turns out that the song was inspired by one very iconic teen movie!

Speaking at their comeback showcase this week, Soompi reports that member Sungyeon revealed that Lindsay Lohan's 2004 classic Mean Girls inspired their new single "We Like."

"While we were working on the song, Roa and I watched the movie ‘Mean Girls’ in order to gain inspiration," she revealed.

PRISTIN's new mini-album Schxxl Out has an edgy schoolgirl concept, while the "We Like" MV has a lot of colourful early-2000s fashions, so we're not surprised to hear that they've been watching Mean Girls!

Does this mean PRISTIN wear pink on Wednesdays?
