How well do your fave idols cook in the kitchen?

We all know K-pop idols can sing and dance, but how do they go in the kitchen?

Here are 7 of the best chefs in idol town!

1. Wendy (Red Velvet)

Wendy has established herself as an amazing baker which is awesome because she comes from the group Red Velvet (red velvet cake anyone?). She once baked a walnut pie for BoA who in return shared and gave thanks on her Instagram. If you’ve ever seen Wendy cooking in the kitchen she looks like a natural and has a strong understanding of how to make sweets.

2. Jin (BTS)

Jin is known for his love of eating so it’s no wonder he has great cooking skills. He’s even got his own show called ‘Eat Jin’ where he eats various types of food...just because he can (what an amazing job haha). He currently sees cooking as a hobby but if he tries hard and keeps at it, he could be an amazing chef in the future.

3. Henry (Super Junior-M)

Henry is one of those idols that can do anything. He can sing, dance, act, play multiple instruments and cook extremely well. When he was cast for the lead role of the movie Final Recipe, he was trained by top chefs where he learned impressive skills and recipes in the kitchen with his specialty being Chinese dishes.

4. D.O (EXO)

D.O is no stranger to cooking. He showed off his talent on EXO Showtime and prepared a cooking program on V Live. The members agree that he is a good cook with their favourite dishes being his kimchi spaghetti and fried rice. While D.O. doesn’t think of himself as an amazing chef his passion for it continues to grow.

5. Key (SHINee)

When he’s not being SHINee’s sassiest member, Key loves to get to work in the kitchen. He even starred on his own show for Mnet called Key’s Knowhow where he teaches people how to create all kinds of dishes like green curry. Key’s specialty is creating delicious bento boxes, which sound absolutely amazing (now I’m hungry)!

6. Mingyu (SEVENTEEN)

Mingyu’s cooking skills during the show SEVENTEEN’s One Fine Day gave him the nickname of ‘MingJooBoo’ meaning Ming Housewife. For his members, Mingyu has cooked meals like jjajang rice, grilled mackerels and fresh chicken. It’s no doubt he’s the top chef out of all the SEVENTEEN members.

7. Fei (Miss A)

Fei is probably just as well known for being a great cook as she is an idol (yes, she’s that good!). She won first place on Master Chef Korea: Celebrity and has since appeared on multiple cooking programs showcasing her talent. Fei easily has a bright career as a chef if she ever desires to.
